The review
This is genuinely brilliant. Beautifully sparkling, properly refreshing, and finished with a gorgeous lingering strawberry aftertaste.
It captures everything good about eating a strawberry that has just been picked — naturally sweet, juicy and full of flavour, without that muted taste you sometimes get when they’re fridge-cold. It tastes bright, fresh and unmistakably like the real thing.
I picked this up from The Goods Shed in Canterbury, and it’s even better knowing it’s locally produced, good for your gut and comes in a fully recyclable glass bottle. I also went to school with Zak, so seeing him create something this good makes it even more enjoyable.
